Further to my letter dated 22nd September highlighting a complain from a constituent who contacted me on behalf of hereslf "and other members of the community", regarding the problems they had getting on and off your busses due to the steps.  I now have pleasure in enclosing a copy of an email i have received from another constituent whose commets, i am sure will be most welcome.  I am sending the correspondence to you anonymously in case the writer did not wish their name to be known

I have also received a letter from Jane Ellison, which you have been copied in on, with words of gratitude.

It would seem that you have a very special driver Gaynor, and she and your service are most appreciated by your local passengers

"I have just read a copy of a letter you sent to Euro Liners our local bus service providers, you indicate that one or possibly more persons have complained about the service if the one with no steps is unavailable.

I appreciate this can be difficult for some passengers at times - I am elderly not exactly disabled but I do have a hip problem and my husband has leg problems and fair enough it can be difficult to get on and off.  What your complaint failed to mention was that in this instance our driver Gaynor helps people on and off the bus, carries their shopping, she would not leave anyone strggling, we are very lucky to have her"
